The apartment is in the ground floor (equivalent to a 1st floor) and was renovated during the time I leave there. It has a living room with a sofa bed (double size bed), small table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. The bathroom has a big and comfortable shower. There are closets in the living room and bedroom.
Personal attention. This is a family business, so is in my interest to keep you happy. And of course I am always just a phone call away if you need to speak with me.
Walking distance to Principe Real, Chiado, Bairro Alto, S. Bento Antiques Street, Santos Design District. The best area in Lisbon! You can walk down the street and catch the seaside train to Estoril and Cascais (Beach coast)
Stay in an historical area near to Design and Trend districts and go where the locals go, and you’ll get a fantastic picture. Chiado's currently trendiest district, or neighborhood Bairro Alto are walking distance and offer fabulous shopping and charming cafés. This area has recently been colonized by young designers who have opened up clothing boutiques and stationery and housewares shops.

Reviews of this property
Wonderful apartment, very spacious (ideal for 2-4 people), extremely nice surroundings (Basilica de Estrela and Tram 28), but a bit far to go to the Metro. It was very easy to arrange the check-in with Claudia, but for the check-out she unfortunately never replied. I guess she is very busy with her little baby, but I expected her to be a bit more responsive. Anyway, it is really a great, clean and romantic place and very quiet.
The appartment is super for a stay for a few days with two persons. Quiet area but with good transportation facilities in the neighbourhood.
We loved it.
Great location to visit the city, close to the traditional lisbon tram. You can park free cost on the street for who has a car. Humberto is a very friendly and helpful owner. If you go in winter the house is a bit 'cold because there is no heating, as in the great majority of accomodations in Portugal, and the electric stoves do not always make warm.
We had a very nice stay at Humberto's Appartment. The location is perfect, next to the tram station 28 and with some small supermarkets and cafés around. The appartment itself was well equipped and comfortable, pretty quiet (except for the neighbours' dog barking in the morning, but that was okay). Humberto was an excellent host, thank you!
Looking for the nicest "landlords" ever in Lisbon? You found them right here! We had an outstandingly positive experience. Humberto and family were extremely friendly, helpful and quick. In perfect English and with lots of valuable information these Lisbon habitants helped us through our difficult arrival day with the Portuguese general strike although we went someplace else in Portugal first before actually staying at their nice and very quiet apartment in Estrela towards the end of our vacation!
You will find a well-sorted supermarket within a couple walking minutes from the apartment and very close by the famous tram N° 28, the historical sightseeing tram, the"Yellow Bus" Sightseeing stop and taxi stand. We also used the Metro Station RATO which was about 10 walking minutes away. It's very easy to discover Lisbon from this apartment! You will not get lost! The whole area around the Basilica and also the park are very nice - also at night everything was ok there.

Thiz cozy and very comfortable apartment is in a beatiful location, easy to reach, with a magnificent public garden in its proximity and well connected by public transports to the rest of the city.
The fabolous 'Tram 28 ' stops just a few steps from the house, and local restaurants provide simple but delicious food for very reasonable prices. We loved spending our holydays in this corner of Lisbon.
