The room as well as the appartment were pretty clean and cosy but the room was very noisy. The host was great, so were the other guests. Nice place to be.
We enjoyed our two nights (11th & 12th June) in Ivanilda's apartment in Commercial Road. The room is beautiful - and (together with the kitchen, bathroom and toilet) are kept spotlessly clean. Owing to double glazing, there was not too much road noise. We should have phoned the previous day to arrange a meeting time for entry into the flat but we gained entry soon enough after phoning the Wimdu customer hotline number. J & F.
Thank you very much. Everything was as described in the offer. Small room, but sufficient and everything was clean and well kept. I was staying with my nine year old son there and the bus stop 15 to Trafalger Square was perfect. Even late arrival ad midnight wasn't a problem. I would book aaing
At first, the entrance of the building is not really nice, but the room and facilities are very clean. Close to transportation.
It's an appartment with 4 bedrooms in the east of London. If you don't mind sharing facilities with other people, the place is great. It's quite close to the city (by bus or train) with cooking facilities and a balcony. The room is small but clean and has a cosy double bed, towels included, a cabinet, a refrigerator and a televison. If you are sensitive to street noise you should bring ear plugs. The store across the street has everything you need for preparing food and breadfast. I can recommend this place.
Comfortable room. Cleanest bathroom I've seen in Wimdu properties. Polite and quiet fellow guests. Only down side is a little way from city centre and road noise intrusive late in the evening.
So first it must be said that one is taken from another person in reception, rented the whole. Ivanilda has little to do. It is not a private apartment, but a house whose rooms are all rented. This, however, does not bother. The apartment was fairly centrally located and very very clean. Of course for London correspondingly large, but perfectly adequate. But we were only there for one night. From 3 or 4 nights it would then probably already become quite narrow. However, you can get a conclusions for the apartment and also for the door, which is very convenient. All in all, Super price / performance ratio and really clean, happy ;) what is indeed worth something again!
Also zunächst muss gesagt werden, dass man von einer anderen Person in Empfang genommen wird, die das ganze vermietet. Ivanilda hat damit wenig zu tun. Es ist keine private Wohnung, sondern eine Wohnung, deren Zimmer allesamt vermietet werden. Das allerdings stört nicht weiter. Die Wohnung war relativ zentral gelegen und sehr sehr sauber. Natürlich für Londoner Verhältnisse entsprechend groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren allerdings auch nur eine Nacht dort. Ab 3 oder 4 Nächten wäre es dann vermutlich schon recht eng geworden. Man bekommt allerdings einen Schlüssen für die Wohnung und auch für die Zimmertür, was sehr praktisch ist.
Alles in allem: Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und wirklich sauber, was ja einiges wert ist ;)
The accommodation is well located, 10 minutes walk from Shadwell Station (DLR / Overground) plus a free bike station service just outside the building. The bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is nice, especially if you are a smoker. Commercial Road is, however, a way of fairly noisy traffic.
Le logement est bien situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la station Shadwell (DLR/Overground) avec en plus une station de vélos en libre service juste devant l'immeuble. Les sanitaires sont propres, la cuisine est bien équipée et le lit est très confortable. Le balcon est agréable, d'autant plus si vous êtes fumeur.
Commercial Road est cependant une voie de circulation assez bruyante.
