It consists of an entrance area with coat rack and kitchenette (electric cooker, sink, fridge/freezer), a living room/bedroom with double bed, settee, wardrobe, small dining area, satellite TV and RJ45 network socket (Internet) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet. We also provide towels and sheets that are included on the final price.
In close proximity to the apartment you find the "Donauinsel", a leisure and recreation area surrounded by the Danube and the New Danube, where you can go for long walks, enjoy nice picnics or indulge in sunbathing. If you are the sporty type you can choose from a seemingly unlimited list of sports: cycling, water skiing, surfing, rowing, various ball sports, sailing, swimming and many more. Close to the underground stop "Donauinsel" (U1) a multitude of international restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, from Mexican food and fish dishes to Italian specialties.
The underground station "Vorgartenstrasse " of line U1 is in front of the house. The famous 'Wiener Prater' and the city center, Stephansplatz can be reached within 5 minutes. The UNO City, the Vienna International Centre and the Donau Tower are also within easy reach. Enjoy a cocktail at one of the many fashionable beach bars at the Donau canal, or take a boat trip to the Wachau.
In the warm season night owls will definitely have a good time in the bars and clubs of the "Sunken City". The Twin City Liner is only a few minutes away. By ferry it takes you to Bratislava in 20 minutes. Vienna has endless possibilities. Discover the city with its endless possibilities.
Like in all central districts, the 2nd district is subject to a parking management scheme restricting parking from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. For this reason, parking in the vicinity is not free of charge and limited to 2 hours at the most. If you do not need your car every day, you can park it for longer periods and for free at the other side of the Danube (22nd district) which is approximately 10-15 walking minutes away.

The apartment is very nice match what you see in the picture. Walter was friendliest to all. The location is great because it is in front of the meter and in a few minutes by metro you can reach everything there is to see.
L'appartamento è molto carino corrisponde a ciò che si vede in foto. Walter è stato disponibilissimo per tutto. La posizione è ottima perchè è di fronte alla metro e in pochi minuti di metro si raggiunge tutto ciò che c'è da vedere.
Excellent apartment. Clean, city centre easily accessible by superb public transport. Bottle of wine and coffeee on arrival a lovely touch. Wish toilet was inside, but hey that's a minor issue and it was private. Cannot fault at all. Highly recommended, great value for money. Richard and Dee.
We went to Wien for 4 days for New Year's eve and we had a pleasant stay.
The location is perfect to visit Wien. In front of the apartment there are an underground stop (line U6-Alser Strasse) and a tram stop where you can take the number 43 which in few minutes takes you to the center.
The apartment is very nice, with large and bright rooms. It's clean and well furnished.

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. All necessary items were in place and there was everything we needed. Only negative point to note is that parking in Vienna is very difficult and the traffice noise in this apartment is loud if you have the windows open. Otherwise, fully recommended.
A very clean and well decorated apartment. Most fantastic transport links and very conveniently situated close to a few lovely restaurants, bars and an ice cream shop! Plenty of supermarkets near by and a bank/ATM making it a very easy place to stay. Incredibly comfortable bed!!! Lovely hosts, good no fuss system of getting/ returning keys. Will be coming back! :)
Super saubere und sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich gegenüber. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern überhaupt keine Lärmbelästigung.
Wohnung wie beschrieben. Gute Lage um Unternehmungen zu starten da mehrere Strassenbahnen und die U-6-Bahn Stationen direkt gegenüber sind. Wohnung geht zur Strasse raus, daher sehr laut bei geöffneten Fenstern. Bei geschlossen Fenstern kein Problem. Geschäfte fürs Tägliche Leben gibt es um die Ecke. Wer eine alternative zum Hotelzimmer sucht ist hier sicher gut beraten. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist Standard. Toilette und Badezimmer bzw Dusche sind räumlich getrennt. Liegt an der Bauweise der Häuser und ist bei meiner Tante auch so. Übergabe der Schlüssel war unproblematisch und bei Auszug ebenso.
