Towels and linen are included in the price. The building also offers wheel chair accessible staircase (accessible by means of a ramp located at the stairs) and the lift.
The setting is ideal due to its quiet location. The loggia invites one to relax, a multitude of shopping opportunities are just around the corner and public transport facilities connected to destinations in all directions of the compass are located directly at the doorstep. In just a few minutes you’ll be in the city center, the Danube Island, the Viennese Prater, and a multitude of sights which Vienna has to offer.

The apartment is well equipped, quite and comfortable and close to the public transports. It is in a big modern building in a modern area of the city with big shops. The garage is cheap and close to the house. In my opinion the accomodation is comfortable but not "traditional".
The apartment was clean, and very close to public transportation. A very quite and peacefull location. If I will come back again to Vienna I will consider this apartment again.

We had a very good time in Vienna. Our train was delayed, but when we arrived there was someone in the apartment to welcome us. The apartment was clean, had a nice shower and the U-bahn is just a few minutes walk away.
There were three in the apartments of Andreas and can only say positive. It was clean, cozy and you could feel at home. Also for longer stays, the apartments are well suited. The city is great to achieve in a short time with the metro. Around the apartments there are plenty of shops and the car park can be reached in just 3 minutes. All in all a nice stay, but unfortunately far too short. We would stay again at any time with Andreas.

Es war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und man konnte sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Auch für längere Aufenthalte sind die Appartments gut geeignet.
Die Innenstadt ist in kurzer Zeit super mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Rund um die Appartments gibt es reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Parkhaus ist in nur 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, nur leider viel zu kurz.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Andreas buchen.

The property is located in a contrasting living environment: unrenovated buildings alongside ultra-modern buildings. Very exciting. You to the flat very easily by public transport, both train and subway are within walking distance, trams and buses run directly by the Dresdner Str, good shopping, great playground, jogging good opportunity on the Danube, the apartment can be nothing is missing, modern and clean, the host was himself not there, vs. us. But last-minute changes very accommodating, we had a lovely stay and would love to come back
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kontrastreichen Wohnumfeld: unsanierte Altbauten neben ultramodernen Neubauten. Sehr spannend. Man erreicht die Wohnung sehr bequem mit dem ÖPNV, sowohl S-Bahn als auch U-Bahn sind in fußläufiger Entfernung, Tram und Bus fahren direkt durch die Dresdner Str., gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großer Spielplatz, gute Joggingmöglichkeit an der Donau, die Wohnung lässt nichts vermissen, ist modern und sauber, der Gastgeber war zwar selbst nicht da, uns ggü. aber bei kurzfristigen Änderungen sehr entgegenkommend, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder
Everything worked out fine. Ms. Ecatarina was already there when we arrived. Have immediately felt comfortable. It could have been a bit better to be cleaned. Kitchen cabinet handles znd filing forget the bed. The ventilation system in the shower did not work. Otherwise, we would book again. Facilities, location, ÖVM outstanding! Thank you Andrew!
Hat alles prima geklappt. Frau Ecatarina war schon da als wir kamen. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Es hätte ein bisschen besser geputzt werden können. Küchenschrankgriffe znd Ablage am Bett vergessen.
Das Belüftungssystem in der Dusche ging nicht.
Ansonsten würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Ausstattung, Lage, ÖVM hervorragend!
