* kitchen (19 m2) is competently equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery and cooker, dinner table for 6 people and TV.
* 2 bathrooms, both of them with WC and shower unit, with hairdryer

Other Things to Note
It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from airport by taxi. We can organize a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment - the cost of this service is 20 EUR/car for 1-3 ppl, 25 EUR/car for 4 ppl, 35 EUR/car for 5-6 ppl, 55 EUR/car for 7-8 people, 70 EUR/car for 9-10 ppl. In this case our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive you to your apartment and hand you in all needed maps and keys.
The nearest public parking is located in 2-5 minutes walking from apartment on the same street – it's paid on working days (approximately 1.5 euro/hour) and free on weekends and nights. Guarded parking garage “Slovan" is located in several steps from apartment and parking there costs app.32 euro/24 hours.

Positives: Nice big apartment, clean, well insulated against street noise windows, large bedrooms (for up to 10 people). Great location. Very good information and nice (paid) pick-up service.
Negatives: bathroom for us (4 people) well suited, but too small for more than 4 people. Kitchen for 4 people well for cooking but inadequate facilities, also only for up to 6 people enough dishes.
Conclusion: for 4 to 6 people maximum a super apartment which is highly recommended. More than 6 people have to live very limited in this apartment.
Positiv: Schöne, große Wohnung, sauber, Fenster gut gegen Straßengeräusche isoliert, Schlafzimmer groß (auch für bis zu 10 Personen). Super Lage. Sehr gute Informationen und netter (kostenpflichtiger) Abholservice.
Negativ: Badezimmer für uns (4 Personen) gut geeignet, aber für mehr als 4 Personen zu klein. Küche für 4 Personen gut, zum Kochen aber unzureichende Ausstattung, zudem nur für bis zu 6 Personen ausreichend Geschirr.
Fazit: Für 4 bis maximal 6 Personen eine super Wohnung, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Mehr als 6 Personen müssen in dieser Wohnung sehr eingeschränkt leben.

We had a fantastic time in Prague and we were satisfied with the accommodation. The location was very good and the flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is only a minor issue I would like to call your attention to. We received some recommendation from Olga for restaurants, which was very kind of her. However the restaurant called Beer Museum is a place I would never recommend to anyone. Both the food,and the service were terrible. There are so many nice places in Prague but unfortunately this is not one of them.
On the whole, Prague was a fantastic experience. Thank you.

This place is a good choice if you travel on a budget and you want to live in a nice neighborhood. It has everything you need for a short stay. The tram is five minutes away, so it won't be a problem if you want to go to the city shortly.
Rooms are clean.
One confusion with the vocabulary. In BrE the floor of a building at street level is the ground floor, the one above it is the first floor and the one below it is the basement, or lower ground floor in a public building.The apt. is on the ground floor but the street is quiet, so it was not a problem, just a suprise for us.
The sheets are clean but the bedding smelled funny and had damp-stains, therefore four out of five stars.
Very nice apartment in a quiet, very good reception can a distant ideal of downtown, have to circulate on foot and by public transport no problem to be in the city. For me it is an experience to renew.

It is a new apartment, with good finishes in general, flooring, bathroom and kitchen, two rooms :, one of the room the dining room, the other bedroom with separate bathroom. A part has a toilet facing the room.
It is an apartment for rent and not fully conditioned to live; There is little furniture: a double bed, a bedside table, wardrobe in bedroom, a sofa, a table and 4 chairs exactly, which lack the necessary furniture in a small housing fitted. You can just leave things, small objects, on the dining table
Regarding the kitchen, although it is fully equipped with appliances, missing kitchen utensils, two cups, two glasses, 4 plates flat, 4 soperos and two small, cubiertosd and cocinsa knives, 4 pots, a colander and a casserole, but lack pans (to make tortillas or fry meat or fish) iron and a lot of small cookware normally.
Lack neatness in soils.
It lies near the railway station in Prague 1st district and about 25 minutes from the center (astronomical clock). You walk 7m reach the tram stop that takes you downtown or to the Castle. Near (between 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk) but there is little trade, is 3 medium supermarkets. Opposite is a shop with articles of prime necessity.
In short it would be an excellent apartment with a little more conditioning and kitchen furniture.
Es un apartamento de nueva construcción, con buenos acabados en general, pavimentos, baño y cocina, con dos ambientes:, uno el del estar comedor cocina, el otro el dormitorio con su baño independiente completo. A parte dispone de un aseo que da al estar.
Es un piso para alquiler y no esta acondicionado plenamente para vivir; hay poco mobiliario: una cama de matrimonio, una mesilla de noche, armario en dormitorio, un sofa, una mesa y 4 sillas exactamente, con lo que faltaria el pequeño mobiliario necesario en una vivienda acondicionada. Solo puedes dejar las cosas, pequeños objetos, sobre la mesa del comedor
Respecto a la cocina, si bien se halla totalmente equipada de electrodomesticos, faltan utensilios de cocina, hay dos copas, dos vasos, 4 platos planos, 4 soperos y dos pequeños, cubiertosd y cuchillos cocinsa, 4 ollas, un escurridor y una cazuela, pero faltan sartenes (para hacer tortillas o freir carne o pescado) una plancha y un sinfin de pequeños utensilios para cocinar de manera normal.
Falta pulcritud en los suelos.
Se encuentra cerca de la estación de trenes, en el distrito Praga 1 y a unos 25 minutos andando del centro (reloj astronomico). Andando 7 m se llega a la parada del tranvia que te lleva al centro o al Castillo. Cerca, (entre 2 minutos y 10 minutos andando)aunque hay poco comercio, se encuentra 3 supermercados medianos. Enfrente hay una tienda con articulos de primera necesidad.
En resumen seria un apartamento excelente con un poco mas de acondicionamiento de mobiliario y utensilios de cocina.
